Проблемы при обращении к базе данных при установке

Здравствуйте форумчане, опенкарт осваиваю впервые, и первая же проблема при установке на хостинге опенкарта после того как ввожу данные об базе данных и пользователе нажимаю продолжить вылазиет ошибка 403

Forbidden

You do not have permission to access this document.

 

пол интернета перерыл, не могу понять в чем дело. Я понимаю что права доступа надо поменять, но вот только каким файлам?

Я грешу на настройки PHP на стороне хостера, не знаю что и делать уже, сейчас включил стандартный опенкартовский htaccess, вообще не дает даже установку начать, пишет:

Добавьте в .htaccess, чтобы глянуть про ошибку подробнее:

php_flag display_startup_errors on
php_flag display_errors on
php_flag html_errors on

mysql или mysqli включите.

а где теперь эти логи посмотреть?

На экране (в броузере) и в логах веб-сервера.

Что-то не вижу среди модулей mod_rewrite. И если падает с включенным .htaccess, то ой.

Спасибо, обратился к хостеру, мозги парят, сейчас заново создам поддомен, попробую установить и отпишусь.

стесняюсь спросить - а у вас на самом первом этапе при установке все требования выполнены? красных кружочков и текста нет, все зеленым?

)) да все были зелеными, имел дело долгое время с джумлой. там процесс установки такой-же, оказалась проблема на стороне провайдера, какой-то доступ она там не включили, в общем внятного объяснения я не услышал. Спасибо всем за помощь кто откликнулся.
