Ошибка 404 для категорий и товаров

Выдает ошибку 404 помогите, пробовал много чего.

файл htaccess переименовал, сео включены, сео урл указаны,  Директива RewriteBase переделывал по разному, кэш чистил.

спасибо большое везде пишут про htaccess а оказывается web.config нужен.

Всем привет. Проблема похожая при включенном URL 404 ошибка. 
failed (2: No such file or directory) - лог ошибок
мод rewrite включен, .htaccess переименован :

мало то, еще и sitemap недоступен 502 ошибка...кто-что подскажет?

Поставил чистую cms, создал категорию - прописал ЧПУ, создал 1 товар - прописал ЧПУ. Включил функцию в панеле CMS. Итог - 404 ошибка и тот же самый лог.

если у вас веб-сервер nginx то и конфигурация для работы ЧПУ должна быть для него
не имеете понятия что это и как? тогда вам в раздел платных услуг
