Ошибка при изменении в товарах, через админ панель

Доброго времени суток всем. Будьте добры, подскажите что могло произойти и как с этим бороться?  При изменении карточки дефолтного товара (вписывал туда свои данные) через админ панель Opencart 3/0/2/0   после обновления страницы появилась надпись на главной странице сайта   :

Как это можно восстановить? Буду очень благодарен за помощь.

скорее всего какой-то модуль типа рекомендуемых на главной торчит и тех товаров уже нету, которые там были
