День добрый! Столкнулся с проблемой на OpenServer. Скинул сайт с хоста на локалку, для обновления, выдает ошибку 

Server error!

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there was an error in a CGI script.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Error 500

Удаляю файл .htaccess, работает, но только главная страница, на остальных Error 404.

Подскажите, что не так в htaccess:

Первім делом почистите кеш и модификаторы

Удалите htaccess и отключите seo в админке (самый простой вариант)
Либо сотрите все после # php_admin_value open_basedir none возиожно еще редирект надо будет поправить
