Удалили подкатегорию товаров

Кто-то удалил подкатегорию товаров. Когда ввожу напрямую этот УРЛ пишет "категория не найдена". Как её восстановить через базу или бекапы файлов ?

нужно встановить базу данных или отделенные  таблицы
