Проблемы с модулем Simple v 4.1.8

Здравствуйте! В настройках Simple v 4.1.8 было создано поле с типом "file",это для того чтобы при оформлении заказа была кнопка прикрепить файл,перестала работать решил пересоздать,кнопка пропала.Помогите вернуть.

Разобрался.Просто надо было выделить место под нее и сделать зависимым.
