Перенос сайта с 1.5 на 2. или 3

Здравствуйте!

 

Есть сайт в стадии запуска, сделали его на опенкарт 1.5 (по  незнанию), появилось желание перенести его на 2 или 3!

Нужен совет на что лучше переходить 2 или 3.

И готовые заняться цена вопроса и сроки?

(Сайт в стадии запуска соответственно переносить только дизайн, какие-то минимальные настройки без баз)

Лучше 2.3 версия. А почему можете посмотреть разницу между 2.3 и 3.
