на конце урлов появляются странные знаки

Здравствуйте. Сайт перевели на ssl. Теперь в вебмастере появляются урлы такого вида /igruchki/babymix-4128.htm&& с 301 редиректом на /igruchki/babymix-4128.htm

Как с этим бороться и откуда они берутся? Помогите пожалуйста
