Некорректно работают купоны

Доброго,

 

Есть сайт http://guriya-vostoka.ru (ocStore 1.5.5.1.2)

 

Есть купон new300

Его настройки http://c2n.me/3smCdFt

 

Но по факту его могут ввести и незалогиненные, и использовать несколько раз.

Подскажите, пожалуйста, в чем может быть глюк?
