файл .htaccess

Здравствуйте.Знающие,добрые люди посмотрите пожалуйста мой .htaccess.Правильно ли он настроен он открывается по двум адресам  http://site.ru/index.php и  http://site.ru/ так и должно быть или какая та проблема?
