Может оно и так. Если деньги вернуть нельзя и они оплачены разработчику, а он точно в курсе, что не выписывалась вторая лицензия, но у него есть еще модули. То может быть деньги зачесть в счет необходимого мне модуля, а не два одинаковых. 2 могу продать лицензию если будет покупатель?
