Модуль отлично справляется с задачей! У меня как раз ocStore 2.3.

 

И если можно выразить Предложение и пожелание, то было бы круто, чтобы при "Скидке на кол-во товаров" можно было бы игнорировать товары с ценой ниже x.

У Автора все как всегда супер! По моей просьбе модуль был адаптирован к другому модулю. Все четко работает и правильно считает.
