Геозоны, способ оплата не меняется, при изменении города

Собственно проблема такая, есть модуль оплаты наложенный платеж от модуля сдэк, оплата наложенным платежом выставленна только для геозоны Москва, Московская область, Калуга, Калужская область.

Ставлю город Брянск или любой с Брянской области, а в способах оплаты, так и остается наложенный платеж, не исчезает никуда(((

подскажите, пожалуйста, где поправить
