Требуется реализовать рассылку о новых товарах всем покупателям, которые когда-либо заказывали товары. Существует ли такой модуль? Opencart 2.3.0.2.

вроде как встроенный... через UniSender

я бы не раздавал налево и направо свою клиентскую базу
лучше так
