Требуется отредактировать 2 шаг регистрации.

Добрый день, друзья! Клиент требует подпилить 2 шаг регистрации, а именно добавить выбор "Физическое лицо" и "Юридическим лицо". При выборе "физ. лица" - выходит одна форма, при выборе "юр. лица" - другая. При связи со мной я продиктую данные этих форм. Спасибо за внимание! Выполнение желательно не позже 11 апреля.
