настройка ЧПУ

При включении Чпу выдает ошибку 404,, хотя урлы поменялись.

ocstore 2.3.0.2   шаблон стандартный ничего не менял. сразу попробовал включить. и не работает

 

.htaccess переименован

локальный сервер xampp

распакован в корне htdocs

пробовал  # Options +FollowSymlinks   - не помогает

 

 

что не так????
