Яндекс.YML модуль нужно доработать чтобы выводил остаток по такому тегу:

Элемент с данными по остатку оффера. Содержит вложенный элемент outlet. У outlet должны быть следующие атрибуты: • id – код склада, который указан в ЛКМ, раздел "Настройки” - “Доставка” • instock – количество товара на складе (шт.)
