вообще опенкарт трубейный, запросы в цикле это плохо, а у него таких конструкций целая куча

еще один момент!!!!! Важный

вот это

$data['me_options'] = array();

вставить не после вот этого

$options = $this->model_catalog_product->getProductOptions($result['product_id']);

а после

$results = $this->model_catalog_product->getProducts($filter_data);

в итоге вот так выходит

$results = $this->model_catalog_product->getProducts($filter_data);

            $data['me_options'] = array();
			
			foreach ($results as $result) {
