Ошибочные заказы с мобильных

Нужно мнение, ось 2.3, заказы с компов приходят на почту и в админку, заказы с мобильных устройств уходят в ошибочные, и не приходят в мыло ... что за магия?

С симплой, все гут. На остальных магазинах четко - а на 1 косяк
