Recommended Posts

Здравствуйте, уважаемые форумчане. ДЛя вывода категорий на главной исползую модуль categorywall . Opencart 1.5.4 Проблема в том что модуль не отображает описания категории. ПЫталась решить данную проблему так в файле /catalog/controller/module/categorywall.php добавила

$this->data['categories'] = array();
	  $categories = $this->model_catalog_category->getCategories(0);
	  foreach ($categories as $category) {
		 if ($category['top']) {
			$children_description = array();
			$children = $this->model_catalog_category->getCategories($category['category_id']);
			foreach ($children as $child) {
			   $children_description[] = $child['description'];
			}
			// Level 1
			$this->data['categories'][] = array(
					'description' => $category['description'],
					'children_description' => $children_description,
			);
		 }
	  }

Потом в файле /catalog/view/theme/default/template/module/categorywall.tpl в необходимое место

<!-- Описание родительских категорий -->
<?php foreach($categories as $category) { ?>
	<?php echo $category['description'] ?>
	<!-- Описание дочерних категорий -->
	<?php foreach($category['children_description'] as $children_description) { ?>
		<?php echo $children_description ?>
	<?php } ?>
<?php } ?>

Но все описание выводятся все вместе одной строкой (показано на скрине). Помогите пожалуйста с этой проблемой.

Решила данную проблему так, может кому то понадобится. в файле /catalog/controller/module/categorywall.php добавила после строки $categoryhome[$i]['name'] = $result['name'];

$categoryhome[$i]['description'] = html_entity_decode($result['description']);

Потом в файле /catalog/view/theme/default/template/module/categorywall.tpl в необходимое место

  <div class="descr"><a href="<?php echo $categoryhome['href']; ?>"><?php echo $categoryhome['description']; ?></a></div>
