Биллинг и API

Народ всем ПРИВЕТ!

Подскажите пожалуйста если кто в этом разбирается.

1 При Оформлении заказа пришлось обновить API в панели управления.

2 При оформлении заказа мне сообщили что по этому адресу не можем доставить я так понял что это связано с картой гугл но она у меня высвечивается с затемнением.

Предлагают включить биллинг и тд и тп

Включать или нет безопасно это для сайта или нет

И как настроить покупки оформление заказа опенкарт 23023
