Цена товара

Создаю товар в админке.. Указываю цену 28 грн. Класс налога не выбираю (думаю что это связано с налогами).

Перехожу в карточку товара, цена висит 12.32 грн 

В Локализации все виды налогов удалил. Учитывать в заказе налоге отключил. Не могу понять почему цена не выводиться такая как я указал при создании товара. Прошу помощи. Спасибо

Спасибо большое!! Значение валюты стояло 0,44, поставил 1.
