CSS оформление для калькулятора и виджета

Добрый день, уважаемые знатоки!

 

Собственно вопрос. На сайте курьерской службы, которой мы пользуемся, есть такая графа в настройках калькулятора доставки. 

 

CSS оформление для калькулятора и виджета и несколько значений, подробнее в прикрепленном скриншоте. 

 

Собственно вопрос, для чего это? Для того, чтобы изменить схему стилей виджета? И если да, то как я могу ее использовать? Не догоняю.
