When you purchased my module, you received complimentary support for 3 months from the date of purchase. But what if that period has passed, and you need to be able to reach out to the author at any time?
In that case, you should consider purchasing an extension of support for another year!
During the support period:
- The author responds to your module-related inquiries.
- Reminds of activation key (if needed) and provides keys for additional testing domains.
- Changes the domain once a year in case of site migration (keeping the same logo, niche, products, only changing the domain. In this case, the old domain either doesn't work or redirects to the new one.).
- Fixes module errors within 3 working days after access and description are provided.
Without support extension:
- The author ignores your inquiries.
Important!
It is necessary to purchase an support extension within 1 month from the expiration of the previous support period. After this period, an extension is no longer available. In that case, each issue can only be resolved at market rates, subject to agreement.
