Модуль не работает! Не адаптирован под сторонние шаблоны, сырой и кривой. Автор свою ошибку рассматривает, как дополнительную возможность заработать и пытается содрать с вам еще денег за "допил" своего же сырья. Не связывайтесь! Более неприятного опыта общения с разработчиками у меня не было!

насколько я понимаю ваш вопрос во внешнем виде шаблона ( вы можете написать разработчикам шаблона чтобы они предоставили  корректный внешний вид для данного модуля/дополнения) Модуль похожих товаров на сайте работает http://joxi.ru/KAgE4bQtE50x7m В чем тогда у вас претензия к дополнению? Убедительная просьба читайте то о чем вы пишите и не вводите других людей в заблуждения!!!
