Купил этот модуль месяцев 9 назад, вроде все работал нормально... Понадобилось перенести на другой сайт, а старый сайт закрыть, написал в службу поддержки и тишина уже 3-е суток (написано пользователь покинул беседу)....  

Игнор полный, даже не предложили купить заново...

Если Вы собирайтесь покупать модуль, то перенести (не копировать) его на другой сайт не получится и временно воспользоваться им на локальном сервере, по всей видимости тоже не получится...
