Поиск по сайту

Здравствуйте. Помогите пожалуйста разобраться. Установила на локальный сервер(точнее опенсервер) сайт версия 1.5.1.3. Подключила базу данных, и поменяла везде пути, но почему-то плохо отображается сайт, не так как на хостинге и вместо русского языка пишет иероглифы.
