Помогите решить проблему пожалуста))

У покупателя проблема не оформляется заказ, пробовал оформлять другие оформляются, а этот нет, при нажатии оформить заказ, страница виснет и выдает error 504, при этом сайт в других вкладках тоже перестает работать, и админка тоже, фиксится выходом и входом в браузер, лог ошибок вот такой. 2018-10-05 17:42:09 - PHP Warning:  Error while sending QUERY packet.
