Hi! Import export PRO manages product options like NEW ELEMENTS in new rows, if product has for example 10 options, the rows exported will be 11, the first contains basic product data, an the 10 rest, only the option data.

PHP library "Spout" use for xlsx and csv doesn't allow it regrettably. Maybe we can alter the CORE of this library for add this delimiter, but this will be a custom develop. thanks

Understood, probably, the default value that I explained was applied for Import profiles, but not for export profiles... In case that you need this functionality, you will need a custom develop for it. Open a ticket in our website of type "Personal develop" and we will attend you asap. Thanks!

Hi! Are you talking about EXPORT PROFILES? In recent versions, in "Default value" you can set https://site.com/ru/[SEO url] but really I don't know if will work in this column... Anyway, you have the option for export column "Product link" which will add automatically the domain.

Because you are mapping column "Manufacturer ID" with "vendorCode" this is WRONG... The "Manufacturer" profile only is prepared for import a file that contains only manufacturer data, you cant use vendor products file here... for it, you have profile type "Products" which will create manufacturers automatically.

Hi, I think that in your case, is better that you have 2 profiles: 1.- Profile for ONLY CREATE NEW products. Enable in this profile columns "Date added" and "Date modified". 2.- Profile for ONLY EDIT EXISTING products. Disable in this product columns "Date added" and "Date modified". Also apply to this profile the pre-filter.

Hi! Check "Pre-filters" in import profile settings. You have to make sure that the pre-filter rules is "Apply: Shop" - "Action: Disabled". By your screenshot, maybe is DELETING instead of Disable?? In case that action is "Disable", what are you using like product identifier? (model, sku....) sometimes, these values overpassed the character limit of field table by default and this force create new element for each import.... Thanks!

Hi! Normally, shared servers have "internal limits" that can be overpassed by local settings like you showed me... you can try next: Make sure that, in your profile settings, you set: "For existing images: skip", this will make faster import process each time that you launch it. Make sure that you are using always last available import export PRO version. Try increase the memory_limit to 2048M Try increase the max_execution_time to 3600 Thanks!

Hi! With "Strict update" enabled, the product related data that you are importing (categories, filters, options, options combinations), will be delete BEFORE edit the product, then, when import finished, products only will have options combinations that you have inside the file.

You can use "Default value" for set this "[param>0@name] [param>0@unit]" (without double quotes). HOWEVER, you have to know that, for use "param>0@unit" in default value, this column needs to be previously mapped in another custom column name.

Вы можете создать 2 профиля, чтобы добиться вашей цели. 1. Профиль для импорта только новых товаров из файла поставщика. В настройках профиля укажите, что имеющиеся товары не перезаписывать. 2. Профиль для обновления данных по всему каталогу, но, с отключённой колонкой описание, тогда будут обновляться все данные по всем товарам, кроме поля Описание.

Вам нужен только экспорт данных из кеша? Или импорт так же необходим, если да, то куда именно? По стоимости доработки для экспорта написал в ЛС.

Если вы хотите, чтобы товар был рубашкой с размером S, то создавайте соответственно такой товар, а опции в Opencart нужны для другого и механизм их работы совсем иной. Дело тут не в модуле, а в логике работы самого движка Opencart в общем и опций в частности. А вот если Вас интересует изменение представления в выводе опций через наш модуль, чтобы каждой опции отводилась отдельная строка с указанием ID товара, как у вас на картинке, то это можно сделать за дополнительную плату. Но я хочу чтобы вы понимали, что это не будут отдельные товары - это будет просто другой вид представления данных по опциям для одного товара! У вас на картинке так и указано, поскольку ID товара для всех опций одинаков.

Нет. Возможно, выгрузка в csv подойдёт… но там будут все данные через запятую…
