Версия магазина 2.1.0.2 После переноса на хостинге с одного сервера на другой, лезет эта ошибка в админке. Сайт корректно не работает. А путь к файлу?

Ситуация такова, что человек, который когда-то делал сайт, потерялся. В шапке сайта грузится VK, который в нашей стране заблокирован и сайт долго опрашивает и тупит. Как отключить это? Где хоть искать. В админ-панели или в файлах. Вот такая строка <script type="text/javascript" src="//vk.com/js/api/openapi.js?116"></script>

Есть сайт, дизайн куплен здесь. Но проблема в том, что сделано не все, что было нужно, а программер пропал. Объем работ напишу в ЛС.
