Добрый день. 

На сайте установлена самописная тема на bootstrap - в корзине судя по всему возникает какой-то конфликт скриптов, так как в процессе оформления всплывает блок "оплата" перед блоком с кнопкой "оформить заказ" - такого блока в корзине быть не должно - надо поправить.
