Пропали чекбоксы в Админ панели

Приветствую, установил opencart 1.5.6.1, все как обычно начал настраивать, и после (не помню именно каких) манипуляций в настройках пропали абсолютно все чекбоксы в Админ панели, как возможно это исправить?

вспомнить свои манипуляции и откатить их назад

или переустановить opencart
