Подскажите пж как решить?

так открой catalog/model/catalog/product.php и смотри, что там у тебя в getProduct().

либо сам влез, либо какой-то модуль поиска установил и накосячил.

модулей поиска не ставил. Обновлял SOFORP Товарный Чек, ставил модуль OrderDate - изменение даты создания заказа, обновлял модуль Страницы заказа в админке[+VQMod +OCMod] 2.3
