Доброго времени суток ! 

 

Как на Ваше мнения лучше всего подключать новый шрифты на сайт @import, js или на сайте грузить ?

Гугл надежен, так что можно смело брать предоставляемую ссылку на шрифт и подключать его в header.tpl. Пускай грузится с их серверов.
