"решается так: в файле system/library/export_import/Classes/PHPExcel/Cell/DefaultValueBinder.php в 82й строке замените "} elseif ($pValue{0} === '=' && strlen($pValue) > 1) {" на "} elseif (0 === strpos($pValue, '=') && strlen($pValue) > 1) {" проблема в том, что используемый php модуль не обновлялся с 2015го года, и не совместим с php74" Нашел решение тут https://opencart.ws/export-import-excel-opencart.html
