The main goal of Smart Batch Editor Pro is to maximize the speed of daily catalog management.

From a single interface, you can mass edit:

• price and quantity;

• product status and out-of-stock status;

• manufacturer and categories;

For numerical values, more than simple replacements are available. You can use operations: Set • Add • Subtract • Multiply • Divide • Add % • Subtract %

For example:

The module features two types of filters:

• main filters — permanently accessible above the table.

• additional filters — enabled as needed.

The administrator chooses which filters to use as quick filters, advanced filters, or disable them entirely. Filtering is available by:

• Basic data: name, Model, SKU, UPC, EAN, MPN;

• Catalog: category and nested categories, manufacturer, product status, out-of-stock status;

• Price and product data: price, quantity, tax class, date added, date available;

• Characteristics and state: attribute name and value, presence of a special, presence or absence of an image.

The generated selection can be immediately used for group editing, search & replace, SEO, and other mass operations. For instance, you can quickly locate all products without an image, filter out products with active specials, or select a specific category and apply necessary changes.

A dedicated "Search and Replace" tool enables you to quickly clean, fix, and unify large volumes of catalog data. Search and replace can be executed in: Name • Description • Meta Title • Meta Description • Meta Keywords • Tags • Model • SKU • Location

Supported modes include: Standard search • Case sensitive • Exact match • Regex

For multilingual fields, the operation can be performed specifically for the required language. This is particularly useful after importing products from suppliers when large volumes of data need to be unified into a single format.

🔄 Search and Replace in Attributes A dedicated mode allows you to:

• search and replace values of a specific attribute;

• transfer data from one attribute to another;

• mass delete an attribute;

• perform replacements separately for each language.

Category Management via Search and Replace Operations available:

• replace one category with another;

• mass unlink products from a specific category;

• assign a category as the main one if main_category is supported.

For existing records, you can choose the desired behavior: Skip existing data or Replace with new ones

Reward points can be set as a fixed value or calculated as a percentage of the base product price.

Model, SKU, UPC, EAN, JAN, ISBN, and MPN can be modified in batches. Available operations: Set value • Add prefix • Add suffix • Copy Model • Clear
