OcBox Additional Services: developer hours for your store
When our modules go onto a live store, things come up that no box can ship with. A custom theme, two or three languages, several warehouses, a dozen third-party modules, old OCMOD modifications, your managers’ habits, your own product fields. We handle such tasks one by one, in paid hours.
No pig in a poke. First we estimate the task in hours, then you pay exactly that scope, then we do the work and report what was done.
One unit = one hour of an OcBox developer = 20 USD. Estimated before we start, you pay only for the estimated scope. No subscriptions, no “roughly”, no hours bought in advance.

- We do the work and report back: what was done, where to see it, how to check it.

Below are ready options. If you need a different amount, say 3 or 12 units, send us a private message and we will issue a separate invoice for that sum.

The 20 USD base price is already included on the checkout form, packages only top it up to 100, 200 or 400 USD. Do not tick two packages at once, they add up.
Good to know
We do not sell hours in advance for future ideas. Every purchase is tied to a specific task we estimated together. If the task turns out smaller, we report the remainder and agree where to use it. If bigger, we agree the top-up before starting, not after.
We do not take tasks outside our modules and OpenCart: themes from scratch, custom CRMs, anything that is not about a store on OpenCart or ocStore.
