Sound familiar? One manager opens an order to change its status to "Shipped," while another manager opens the exact same order to add a tracking number. Whoever clicks "Save" last overwrites the other's changes. Or even worse: content managers simultaneously edit the same product, overwriting each other's descriptions and wasting hours of work.
SP Live Edit Lock solves the problem of team desynchronization. The module works similarly if someone is already editing a product or order, the second user will see a warning or be completely prevented from making changes until the first user is done.
Module Features:

Two Lock Modes: "Soft" (displays a red notification with the name of the user currently editing the page) and "Strict" (disables all inputs, selects, textareas, and hides the save button).

Entity Selection: Choose exactly where the lock should apply (Products and Orders by default, easily extensible to categories, articles, etc.).

User Group Filter: Exclude specific user groups (like Top Administrators) from being locked out.

Custom Polling Interval: The server is polled silently via AJAX based on an interval you define in seconds.

Smart Release: As soon as the first manager closes the tab or navigates away, the form is instantly unlocked for everyone else.
